Well i would say its brutality.The police officers are meant to protect the citizen and also make a good image among the people so that people can respect and believe on them.such kind of act are without any reason which can be resolved by a simple conversation also or without torture.May be this Police officer is evil but definitely the government must take some steps to regulate such activities because if the common citizen will start doing such things with Police then they will be in a hard position to move anywhere.

This is becoming all too common now with police officers everywhere, they feel that because they work for the law they are the law and they can make their own laws and in most cases it goes to their head. In this case this was totally uncalled for and something that could have been avoided. I agree with trader they are supposed to protect not attack, anyone see's police officers doing things like this it's instant to think "Well if a police officer can do it so can I" and that is where the problems come into it and why so many will commit crimes with the excuse of well if they can do it so can I.
