When Planet X arrives, you do not want to be located anywhere near a large city. These are hotbeds for crime, rioting and looting. You need a plan in place to be quickly relocated from any large metropolitan area, such as Los Angeles, New York City or Chicago.
The most dangerous metropolitan areas for earthquakes include San Francisco and Oakland, the entire Los Angeles basin, Anchorage, Alaska and, of course Seattle, Washington.
