How long does it take for a muscle to fully recover after strength training with a strict diet, proper sleep and sufficient nutrition/supplementation?

I believe with any kind of training or exercising it can take around 48 hours of rest for your muscles to fully recover to prevent yourself from doing any further damage to the muscle or any other kind of injury regardless of what you take, eat or do.
